We offer free premium shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. No minimum order value required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand, processing may take up to 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
- United States and Canada: 4 to 6 business days
- United Kingdom and Australia: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery times can vary depending on your location and on customs processing for international orders.
Taxes and Duties
Prices shown for the United Kingdom and Australia already include VAT and GST respectively. For the United States and Canada, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Any import duties, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also track your order any time at pet-department.com/apps/trackyourorder using your order number and email address.
