4L is made for one dog under 25 lb (11 kg). 7L is the better fit for dogs over 25 lb or homes with more than one dog. Not sure? Go 7L. More fresh water is always better.

What if my dog doesn't use it?
Dogs are naturally curious and love flowing water, so most start drinking from it right away, even picky ones. And if not, you're covered by our 1-year money-back guarantee.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 30 days on a full charge, depending on the mode and how often your dog uses it. You can also keep it plugged in all the time, so it never runs out.

How often do I change the filter?
Once a month. Regular changes remove saliva, food bits and other buildup, so your dog always has clean, great-tasting water.

How does the filter work?
The 4-layer mineral filter catches fur and debris, removes odors and impurities, reduces heavy metals and contaminants, and adds oxygen to keep the water fresher. Together the layers remove up to 99.9% of impurities.

How do I clean it?
